Team Up Campaign

During the 2018 provincial election, members participated in a door-to-door canvassing and phone banking campaign called Team Up. Members spoke to their fellow colleagues about the importance of voting and educated them on how different political party’s platforms could affect the healthcare industry.

Nearly 500 SEIU Healthcare activists were on the ground encouraging other members to get out and vote and addressed issues that would impact them and their colleagues.

Below you can hear from several of our members who were involved about what this experience taught them and what their visions are for future member engagement.
